decision

the house that i've been staying for 2 years is finally sold out after 9 months on market.. is it something good or bad to me?? no idea..

recently really too many things need to done so that i can survive in this city..

1st.. exam is just next week.. study study n study.. but lazy bum as me still yet to start.. tell

myself a must start tonight.. hope i can make my promise :P

2nd.. job hunting.. i think i lost the oppurtunity to work with gucci since last friday i didnt
attend the interview.. is something really sad coz this luxury brand is really a good place
and experience to work with..
3rd.. looking for house around kensington or kingsford since is "homeless" now.. well.. i have inspected 2 houses today which i really interested to stay at..


this is my first option where located behind uni lodge.. is a very clean and tidy house.. i like it very much with nice housemates are there.. but too bad.. it is abit noisy with the traffic flow..

below is my second option where it is located just right next to anzac parade with restaurants and supermarkets all along the road.. a very convenient place with bus heading to everywhere too... but the house is abit old and dirty and i do need to share the toilet with the other 4 or 5 housemates if i decided to stay here..

nothing in this world is perfect.. clean n tidy but noisy.. big and convenient but dirty.. so.. which 1 would i choose?? or is there any other options??
